200,000 people are enslaved inside the United States alone. 13,500 to 17,500 people are trafficked into the United States each year. 27 million people are enslaved in the world today. From 11/16-11/19 there will be several opportunities for students to learn about human trafficking and what we can do to help stop it. See individual dates for exact time, event and location. Participants will learn to respond and care for unconscious victims, breathing emergencies, sudden illness, bleeding, and more. After completing all requirements of the course, participants will receive an American Red Cross adult, child and infant CPR certification valid for 1 year and first aid certification valid for 3 years.
